Payment and Fees: Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start date unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and software provided by Mantra LMS, are the intellectual property of Tuki Soft Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.

Copyright Policy: Mantra LMS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our students to do the same. Any violation of copyright laws, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution or sharing of course materials, will result in disciplinary action.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Mantra LMS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date course materials, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of our courses.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Mantra LMS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our courses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
